Returns Policy
You may return some new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To see which items qualify, please continue reading below. It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all customers sample our products & be sure of what they need before placing an order. We offer sample of some of our items. All samples can be ordered with free shipping. 

Wax Seals
Because our products are customized for you, all wax seals are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Blank Envelopes
You can return any unused/unopened blank envelopes purchased on sterlingstripes.com. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping costs are not refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. Returns damaged during transit will not receive a refund. Damaged returns are are discarded immediately and cannot be returned to sender. *Do not wrap or package merchandise directly with newspaper (the ink smears on the cardstock). 

Lined and Addressed Envelopes
Because our products are customized for you, these products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. For addressed envelopes, if there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, we will happily reprint that item at no cost to you. However, if there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.

Stationery + Wedding Items
Because our products are customized for you, all stationery and wedding products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, we will happily reprint that item at no cost. However, if there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting. 

If your item is eligible for a return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.We will not be able to process a refund if used products are returned.

Shipping
We ship to any countries serviced by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you are still unsure if you can receive our items, please add our products to your cart, and once you move to the check out section, input your address and shipping rates will populate. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping location and the weight of your order. These rates are calculated directly with our shipping providers, so we cannot provide any further shipping discounts.

Orders between $800 USD and $2000 USD and shipped within North America will be covered under the North American Free Trade Agreement; these orders will not be subject to additional duty fees or taxes. Orders traveling outside of North America, or those over $2000 in value, may be subject to duties or taxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Refused/Returned Shipment Policy: If you refuse delivery of your order or refuse to pick up your order, you will be held liable and charged for return shipping, duties, and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees. As all orders are custom made, your order will not be refunded. 
 
Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. Due to customs regulations and our own internal ethics policy, all packages will be marked with the value of goods purchased, and cannot be marked as “gifts.”
