OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE: Let's Chat
We begin by understanding your vision for your wedding stationery. Whether over the phone or via email, we'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and event details. This conversation helps us explore design options and identify the perfect suite that aligns with your aesthetic, timeline, and budget. After our initial consultation, we'll provide a formal estimate based on the design direction discussed.
STEP TWO: Order
If you're satisfied with the estimate, we'll create a custom listing for you to purchase. This step confirms your commitment and allows us to proceed with the design process.
STEP THREE: Artist Brief
Once payment is made, the creative process begins. Your designer will craft an Artist Brief for your review and approval. This brief includes reference photos, descriptions, and notes that guide our Art Department in creating your custom artwork. Typically completed within 3–5 business days, the Artist Brief ensures we're aligned before proceeding.
STEP FOUR: Artwork Creation and Proofing
Upon approval of the Artist Brief, our talented artists will commence creating your custom artwork and designing your suite. Within 3–15 business days, you'll receive a Design Proof showcasing your custom artwork and layout for review.
STEP FIVE: Revisions and Approval
Collaborate one-on-one with your designer to perfect your stationery. You can request adjustments to wording, colors, layout, and artwork. We offer three complimentary rounds of changes; additional revisions incur a $25 fee per round. Once you're completely satisfied, provide your final approval via email. We won't proceed to printing without your explicit consent.
STEP SIX: Printing and Shipping
After final approval, your order moves to production. Digital printing takes approximately 6 business days, while letterpress and foil printing projects require up to three weeks. Once printed, we'll ship your items using your chosen delivery method and send you a shipping confirmation email.
OUR PRICING
While stationery is an investment, we believe it’s important to offer it at an accessible price point. Our minimum for custom work is $1,500. That means your full order must total at least that amount—but how you reach it is flexible. You can commission just a few custom items to meet the minimum, or let us handle your full suite for a completely cohesive look.
Wax seals, belly bands, vellum gates, envelopes, addressing, and other printed pieces all count toward the $1,500 minimum—it’s not just custom artwork that applies. If you’d like to explore typical pricing, please download our General Pricing PDF.
